If you’ve had the misfortune of having a tagged item stolen, you should first of all contact the police. Let them know that the stolen items were marked with Crimestoppers Property Protector^TM, and ask them for a crime number for future reference.

Next head to the Immobilise^TM property register and log in using the email address and password you used to register. If you can’t remember your password, don’t worry – simply click the ‘forgotten password?’ link under the log-in box.

Once you’ve accessed your account, you’ll see a list of your protected items. Click the ‘lost/stolen’ icon next to the item that’s been stolen, then follow the on-screen prompts.

Taking these steps helps to alert police forces nationwide, as well as informing the second-hand trade and stolen goods database (CheckMEND) of the missing items.
